Deposit For Colour Service

THC Ltd has made the hard decision to now ask for a deposit for All colour services ONLY.

We hope you understand when booking your colour service with us it means we have reserved this time exclusively for you. It is a busy world we live in, sometimes appointments are forgotten or need to be adjusted/rescheduled. Your Stylist time is very valuable, as is yours.

At the time of booking your colour appointment we will ask you for a deposit to be paid via card payment. This deposit is required to secure your appointment due to a high number of clients cancelling last minute or not turning up to their appointment. We understand that sometimes circumstances change at short notice, to which we will be sympathetic where possible.

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows the salon/stylist time to offer that slot to a waiting client.

Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged with at least 48hrs notice.

No shows or cancellations/reschedule less than 48hrs will forfeit their deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your colour service. If you No show or late cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • All New clients are required to book a patch test 24-48 hours before their colour appointment. Please contact the Salon to arrange.
