As you can probably imagine, this is a totally new situation not only for us, but our community too.

We are doing our best to create the best possible salon experience for our clients without sacrificing our safety standards during this time. We understand that these new Covid-19 safety procedures will have an impact on your visit to our Salon, so we have carefully laid out the changes so that you can know what to expect at your next appointment.

Before your appointment, if anyone in your home have experienced ANY of the following within 14 days of your appointment, please give us a call to reschedule.

Cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.

please give us a call as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone who’s been waiting patiently to see us.


Wearing a mask inside the salon is advised at all times, we have complimentary masks if you don’t have your own.

Colour May stain your own mask.

No beverages at this time. You may bring your own.

Come alone when ever possible.

Please only bring what you need.

During your service.

Our stylist are using every other station to maintain physical distancing.

Retail Area - Please look with your eyes only, our team will help you to purchase your retail.


In the normal way keeping a social distance and sanitising on exit.

 THC team members will each be wearing face shields, clients will be supplied with a complimentary disposable masks.

Handwashing and Hand Sanitiser

THC team members are required to wash/sanitise their Hand’s throughly and frequently throughout service and in between clients. Sanitiser will be available at each station for clients and stylist use.
Clients are also asked to sanitise their hand at the beginning and end of their appointments.

Stylist will perform a sanitisation of their stations and tools between each client.

Air Quality 

Windows and Doors will be left open when ever possible (weather permitting).


Magazines have been removed from salon.

New signage and floor markings have been installed in the salon to facilitate social distancing.
